How WeGotAJob handles account, resume, application, billing, and email data.
Data and purpose
We process information you submit, account identifiers from Clerk, billing status from Stripe, product security data, and email you explicitly forward to a private alias. Stripe handles card details. We use data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service; we do not sell personal information or use your documents for advertising.
AI, security, and retention
Content is sent to configured AI providers only for a feature you request. Sensitive text is encrypted at rest and excluded from application logs. Guest drafts expire after 30 days. You can configure email retention, export your data, or delete your account in Settings. Contact privacy@wegotajob.com to exercise applicable privacy rights.
